Open Season

Adelphia Gateway, LLC is conducting a Binding Open Season for firm transportation service of up to 250,000 Dth per day on a proposed natural gas pipeline extending from interconnections with Texas Eastern Transmission, LLC in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, and Columbia Gas Transmission in Northampton County, Pennsylvania to Marcus Hook, Delaware County, Pennsylvania.

The Open Season will commence at 8:00 a.m. Central Prevailing Time (CPT) on Thursday, November 2, 2017 and close at 2:00 p.m. CPT on Friday, December 8, 2017.

Overview

The pipeline will be operated within two Zones of 18-inch diameter segments of the Adelphia Gateway Project. The Northern Zone, approximately 34-mile, extends north from the interconnection with Texas Eastern in Bucks County, Pennsylvania to the Martins Creek Terminal, Martins Creek Pennsylvania and has Precedent Agreement in place for one hundred percent of the capacity with a legacy shipper; the Southern Zone represents approximately 50-mile segment extending south from the interconnection with Texas Eastern in Bucks County, Pennsylvania to Marcus Hook, Pennsylvania.

Adelphia Gateway is seeking bids for capacity on the Southern Zone and targeting shippers seeking additional supply flexibility, diversity and reliability; liquid points for trading in locally- produced gas, including Marcellus and Utica producing regions; direct access to premium markets in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic region; and firm access to long-lived dry gas reserves.

The final size and scope of the Project and the amount of capacity to be made available will be fully defined based on binding bids received in this Open Season, and Adelphia Gateway reserves the right to increase the capacity of the Project (up to 350,000 Dth/d) based upon bids exceeding 250,000 Dth/day. The Project is subject to approval by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC”). Adelphia Gateway expects to place the Project into service in late 2018.
